A Grand Rivers man and woman were sentenced to federal prison this week for methamphetamine trafficking.
38-year old Edward Ibold was reportedly sentenced in U.S. District Court for the Western District in Paducah to 120 months in prison followed by 5 years supervised release for possession with the intent to distribute 264 grams of meth. Ibold was also sentenced to an additional 20 months in prison for violation of the terms of his supervised release from a previous conviction. He received a total sentence of 140 months in prison.
28-year old Nikole Console was sentenced to 36 months in prison followed by 3 years supervised release for possession with the intent to distribute 264 grams of meth.
U.S. Attorney Michael A. Bennett of the Western District of Kentucky pointed out there is no parole in the federal system.
The case was investigated by the DEA Paducah Post of Deputy Office and the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Leigh Ann Dycus, of the U.S. Attorney’s Paducah Branch Office, prosecuted the case.
