The Food Ministry Program at Christ Tabernacle in Princeton recently received a large donation from the Princeton Rotary Club.
Club President Al Brunelle tells Your News Edge they helped provide food to more than 360 families and presented a $5,000 check toward the food ministry this past Friday.
click to download audioHe says the funds, which were made possible by a grant from District 6710 which receives funds from The Rotary Foundation, will help Christ Tabernacle to provide food for the community.
click to download audioIn addition to presenting the check donation, some Rotary Club members helped with the food distribution Friday, which Brunelle noted is part of the club’s mission “Service Above Self.”

The local Rotary Club currently has 39 members, however, Brunelle says they are looking to grow the club and interact club.
