Police say a Princeton woman involved in a February wreck has been arrested on a warrant charging her with meth possession.
According to Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allision, 43-year old Cynthia Pentecost was taken into custody shortly before 4:45 Monday afternoon and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance – 3rd offense.
He says the Caldwell County Arrest Warrant stems from a collision that Pentecost was involved in on February 15th where officers observed a plastic baggie of suspected meth in the floorboard of her vehicle where she was sitting. Allison says the substance was seized by officers and sent to the Kentucky State Police lab for examination. He indicates results were returned on April 3rd that confirmed the substance to methamphetamine.
Pentecost was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
