Dollar General officials have confirmed to Your News Edge a new store is coming to southern Caldwell County.
The company said a new store is under construction near the Kentucky 276/Blackhawk Road and Kentucky 139/Princeton Road intersection near the Caldwell and Trigg County border. The store is slated to open by the summer, but construction progress may alter that date.
Officials added they are in the due diligence phases for two new stores with Cadiz addresses. Final decisions could be made by late summer.
