Caldwell County Clerk Announces Vital Primary Election Information For Voters

At Tuesday’s fiscal court meeting, Caldwell County Clerk Jennifer Watson-Hale announced important information that registered voters need to know for the upcoming May Primary Election, including that the deadline to request a mail-in absentee ballot is Monday.

click to download audioHale said the excused in-person absentee voting will be on May 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, and 10th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Caldwell County Clerk’s Office.

According to Hale, the election polling places for all precincts on election day will be at Southside Baptist Church Life Center along with precincts at the Fredonia Lions Club located at 511 West Shelby Street in Fredonia, Donaldson Baptist Church at 104 Enon Road in Princeton, and Crossroads Christian Church at 1818 Friendship Road in Princeton.
The 2023 May Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, May 16th. The ballot will feature candidates for statewide offices including the governor.
