Man Charged In Trigg County Shooting

A man was charged Sunday after he reportedly shot into a vehicle on Cerulean Road in Trigg County Friday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say 27-year-old Everett Fralick fired his gun hitting a family member’s car and had threatened them before the shooting during a verbal argument.
Fralick was located in a traffic stop on Canton Road Sunday and reportedly gave law enforcement false identifying information and was found to have a handgun on him.
He was also found to have active warrants for failure to appear and probation violation. Fralick was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, theft of identity, carrying a concealed weapon, third-degree terroristic threatening, and second-degree criminal mischief.
Fralick was sentenced to five years in prison 21 months ago in Trigg County Circuit Court for trafficking drugs with that sentence to run consecutively in a separate case.
