Funeral services for 91-year old Marjorie Howton, of Princeton, will be Tuesday afternoon, May 2, at 1:00 at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.
Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Caldwell County.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 Tuesday morning, May 2.
Morgan’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Marjorie passed away on Friday, April 29, 2023 at Princeton Health and Rehabilitation.
Marjorie was born on April 6, 1932 in Caldwell County, to the late Raymond and Beatrice Sullivan Sigler. Marjorie was a homemaker and a member of Eastern Star 505 in Shady Grove. She enjoyed traveling and crocheting. Marjorie was a member First Baptist Church in Princeton.
Marjorie is survived by her brother, Jerry (Sandra) Sigler of Caldwell County; sister, Carolyn (Charlie) Cruce of Princeton; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, J.W. “Bunk” Howton; daughter, Vickie Howton; son Ricky Howton; sister, Jean Dillingham.
