Nominations are being accepted for parent representation on the School-Based Decision-Making Council at Caldwell County High School.
Officials say nomination forms may be picked up at the high school and will be accepted until 3:00 Friday afternoon. Voting will occur on Monday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the high school.
The eligibility requirements to serve on the CCHS School-Based Decision-Making Council are as follows:
– Any parent, step-parent, legal guardian, or foster parent of a student who will be enrolled in CCHS for the 2023-24 school year is eligible to serve.
– A parent is not eligible to serve if they are an employee or relative of an employee of CCHS or the central office, a local school board member, or the spouse of a school board member.
