Take Kids Fishing Returning For Local Kids

A fun day for local youth is returning after several years giving kids a chance to enjoy the outdoors.
Take Kids Fishing will be returning to Riverside Park in Dawson Springs after not being offered since 2019 due to Covid and storm damage. The Take Kids Fishing Tradewater Tournament is being open to any area youth ages 3 to 15 years old. Those kids attending will have a chance to fish, learn to cast a rod, food and prizes.
Arthur Dunn with the Caldwell County Conservation District invites everyone to join in the fun of fishing.

You can also register the day of the tournament but a guardian has to sign the release form and give the student’s name and age plus let them know if you have your own fishing pole.
