A Princeton woman was arrested Sunday afternoon after not returning to jail after being released from a rehabilitation facility.
Princeton Police report that 23-year-old Kelsey R. Ford was arrested, on a Caldwell County Bench Warrant and a complaint warrant.
She is charged with contempt of court on the strength of the bench warrant.
Meanwhile, the complaint warrant stems from an investigation where Ford was released from jail on April 20 to report to a rehabilitation facility and was ordered by the court to return back to the Caldwell County Jail when she left the facility. Ford was also charged with second-degree escape.
