A Livingston County man has been sentenced to federal prison for methamphetamine distribution.
According to court documents, 52-year-old Donald K. Duncan was sentenced to eleven years and eight months in federal prison, followed by a five-year term of supervised release. These charges stem after Duncan was found to have intent in distributing more than 500 grams of a methamphetamine mixture.
There is no parole in the federal system. This case was investigated by the DEA Paducah Post of Duty with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police.
