Six Caldwell County Tigers signed letters of intent to continue their education careers during the district’s first Senior Signing Day Wednesday.
According to the district, Jamus Carneyhan will attend Western Kentucky University in the fall and major in business. Blaine Hicks enlisted with the US Air Force and leaves for basic training in October.
Blake Lancaster will head to Kentucky Wesleyan for accounting and finance and was awarded the Winchester Academic Scholarship and committed to running for the Panther’s Cross-County track team.
Additionally, Gavin Moore will attend Universal Tech in Lisle, Illinois, seeking certification in auto mechanics, while Mary Randall was awarded the Governors Founders Scholarship and will head to Northern Kentucky University for English. Shaley Thibodeux will major in engineering physics at Murray State University beginning this fall.
