A Kuttawa bicyclist was killed in a wreck on Kentucky 93 in Lyon County Wednesday night.
Kentucky State Police say a truck driven by 67-year-old Newton Holt of Kuttawa was northbound when a sun glare caused him to not see 28-year-old Sean King that was on a bicycle.
Holt’s truck collided with King’s bicycle. King was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lyon County Coroner’s Office.
The crash happened just after 7 p.m. Kentucky State Police were assisted by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Eddyville Police Department, and Lyon County EMS.
