Caldwell County’s new Snap Education Agent for the local extension office will offer a class series beginning next week for area senior citizens.
Robin Jackson tells Your News Edge the classes will start Tuesday, June 6, at the Caldwell County Senior Citizens Center.
She says there will be a lot to learn over the nutrition course.

The Caldwell Senior Citizen Center is located on Eagle Street in Princeton and is open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The center offers numerous fellowship opportunities like craft day and bingo every month, with a hot lunch served Monday to Friday at 11:30 AM.
Seniors are invited to join them for lunch but must call (270) 365-7446 daily.
