Two Charged In Princeton Theft Investigation

A Princeton man and woman were charged with theft and burglary after an investigation Friday afternoon.
Princeton Police say an investigation that started May 12th into forged checks, led them to burglaries involving two storage units, local businesses, and Baker’s Auto.
Detectives with the Princeton Police Department also discovered stolen property that had been pawned in Paducah.
The investigation led to the arrest Friday of 37-year-old Andrew Burks and 27-year-old Whitney Thatcher.
They are both charged with three counts of complicity to third-degree burglary, two counts of complicity to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and two counts of complicity to theft by unlawful taking.
