City-County Park officials have said the pool will not open Thursday, as previously announced.
According to a post on social media, progress has been made, but concrete was poured Wednesday for the splash pad and more has to be poured Thursday. They added once the deck is clear, the pool can open for swimming, which could be as early as Friday or Saturday.
The pool has been closed since August 2021 for repairs.
