The Caldwell County Extension Office has a few events coming up throughout the summer.
FCS Agent Ashley Board said she will be involved with the Summer Reading Program on July 6th at the George Coon Public Library. The program is for adults, teens, and kids, and is held every Thursday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Board will be at the library again on July 18th at 10 a.m. for Stories, Songs, and Stretches: a yoga-inspired story hour.
On July 24th, Board said she will be at the Senior Citizens Center from 10:00-10:45 a.m.

Board added she and other FCS agents in the area have a podcast called Life Simplified, which began in January of this year.
