A Princeton man and woman are now facing charges related to a protective order violation that occurred on Wednesday night.
The incident took place at a residence on Highland Avenue, and the Princeton Police Department was alerted to the situation just before midnight.
48-year-old John Young was found to be in violation of a protective order by visiting 50-year-old Stephanie Hicks, at her residence. Young was subsequently arrested and charged with violating a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
However, during the investigation, it was discovered that Hicks had been communicating with Young through phone calls and text messages. As a result, Hicks was issued a citation for facilitating a violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
