Multiple Roads In Lyon County Blocked By Downed Trees

Officials with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office are reporting multiple trees down — and many could be impediments to local travel.

As of 3:15 PM Tuesday, these roadways were either blocked or partially blocked:
KY 730 East near Cummins Road, KY 274 near Parkersville Road, KY 274 just before the Trigg County line, KY 295 North near KY 1943, KY 819 near KY 93 North and McKinney Road, the end of KY 1943 West, Ridgewood Road, Paradise Hills Road, Friendship Road near My Refuge and Moon Bay Road.
Another line of storms potentially bringing significant rain totals is expected, and Lyon County remains under a flood warning from the National Weather Service until 10 AM Wednesday.
