It’s the time of year for planning and reporting at the Caldwell County Extension Office, but FCS Agent Ashley Board says all her regular monthly activities are still taking place.
The next Stories, Songs, and Stretches is scheduled for August 8th at the George Coon Public Library. The event is for free and for ages 5 years and under.
On Monday, July 24, Board will be at the Senior Citizens Center for another free event.

Board’s Laugh and Learn event will be at the Extension Office August 11th for ages 5 years and under. Board says older siblings are still welcome to come and participate or volunteer.

She adds she just recorded a new episode of her podcast, Life Simplified. This week’s theme is sun safety and hydration.
