The owners of Coppertop Bar-B-Q in Fredonia announced Thursday night they have purchased the Tiger Den building in Princeton.
In the announcement made on the Coppertop’s Facebook page, the owners, Chad and Missy Faughn said they look forward to offering Coppertop to Go in the future. The Faughns say the Princeton location will have a smaller menu but noted they “will still provide the same great BBQ pork, chicken, ribs, and brisket, along with some of their homemade sides.”
At one time the Tiger Den, located at 504 Dawson Road, was a restaurant. It was purchased by Donnie Jenkins and his son, Jacob, in October 2018 and renovated into a general store selling knives, firearms and ammunition.
