The Lakeland Cruisers Car Club is holding a car show Saturday, Aug. 12 at the Lee S. Jones County Park in Eddyville.
Mark White with the Cruisers says registration will begin at 9 a.m. and run until noon, depending on the weather.

Motorcycles, cars, and trucks are welcome to be showcased.

There is a $20 registration fee to show a vehicle and be included in the voting.

White adds the show is the singular big event of the year for the club – the Cruisers are trying to grow its numbers and recruit new members.
He says the club meets once a month for dinner.
