A Princeton man was arrested on multiple warrants for failure to appear on charges in two counties, including several counts of forgery in Caldwell County.
Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman reports 32-year old Eric Allen was taken into custody on H. Haile Road and served with two Caldwell County District Court Warrants for failure to appear or pay restitution on charges of assault fourth-degree, second-degree criminal mischief, and failure to pay child support. Allen was also served a Caldwell County Circuit Court Warrant for failure to appear on 14 counts of second-degree forgery and persistent felony offender.
Additionally, Allen was charged with probation violation on a Marshall County Circuit Court Warrant.
He was booked into the Caldwell County Jail.
