Marvin Stovall, age 83, of Princeton, passed away on August 26, 2023 at his home.
Marvin was born May 7, 1940, to the late Eugene and Laura Belle Stovall. He was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church, the Kentucky Cattleman’s Association, and the NRA. He loved farming and being with his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Stovall of Princeton; daughter, Lisa Joiner of Princeton; son, Glen Stovall of Princeton; step-daughter, Shay (David) Wilson of Princeton; step-son, Rocky (Louann) Young of Princeton; sister, Linda (Wayne) Story of Lyon County; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Kelly Stovall; sisters, Glenda Atkinson and Lauretta Beller; brother, Howard Stovall.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Mitchell and Bro. Mike Boyd officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
