Carolyn Ann Beckner, age 71 of Princeton passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at her home.
Carolyn loved shopping and dressing up in her beautiful clothes. Her family is a very close-knit unit and her true happiness was spending a lot of time with her husband, daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughters. She was a very active member of Blue Springs Baptist Church, having close a bond with her church family.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Johnny Beckner, daughter Debbie Beckner (Jeff) Yates of Princeton; granddaughter, Chelsea Travis (Ramsey) Hopper; great-grandchildren, Addison and Chloe Hopper; brothers Henry (Rita) Asher of Princeton and Ken (Jill) Asher of Aurora and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Hazel Ladd and Edna Brasher.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, September 11, 2023, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Sivells officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Caldwell County.
