Last month, McEnaney Family McDonald’s presented a grant to Caldwell County Primary School.
The company reported the $10,899 grant came from the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
The local franchise is also in the process of accepting nominations for its 2023 McDonald’s Outstanding Educator Awards. Last year, five $1,000 awards were handed out. This year, 50 educators will receive a $100 Visa gift card, while five will receive a $1,000 gift card to use toward their classrooms.
Locally, educators in Caldwell, Crittenden, Hopkins, and Lyon counties are eligible to be nominated. The winners will be selected at random, but nominations are due Friday.
