A Cadiz man was arrested on the strength of warrants from three Kentucky counties Tuesday evening.
The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputy Steve Ladd arrested 35-year-old James P’Pool, on warrants out of Caldwell, Trigg, and Jefferson counties.
P’Pool was served a Caldwell County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on theft by unlawful taking, and a Jefferson County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on theft by failing to make required disposition.
He was also served a Trigg County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear in violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
