Martha Jean Lee, age 80, of Springfield, TN, and formally of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at her home.
Jean was born on September 16, 1943, in Lyon County, KY to the late Jimmie Eugene and Edna Louise Jones Lambert. Jean was an award-winning poet and attended the First Pentecostal Church in Fredonia.
Jean is survived by one daughter, Michelle (Dave) Robinson; son, Greg (Stephanie) Lee; sister, Maggie Cummins; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Lee; two sisters, Mildred Bell and Margaret Etheridge.
Private services were held. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
