An Arkansas man has been indicted by a Lyon County Grand Jury on several felony charges including fleeing from law enforcement.
According to Sheriff Brent White, 19-year old Kenneth Jackson, of Brinkley, was served a Lyon County indictment warrant after he was extradited back to Kentucky on charges of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree fleeing and evading police, speeding, no operator’s license, and no insurance.
Jackson is lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
