A Kuttawa man is facing drug and weapon charges following a home visit by Probation and Parole officers last week.
Sheriff Brent White reports deputies assisted Probation and Parole at a residence on Poplar Creek Road around 2:00 Thursday afternoon, October 12, which led to the arrest of 42-year old Joseph Gillaspie.
He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, 2nd offense firearm enhanced, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Gillaspie was reportedly served with a Probation/Parole detainer following his arrest.
Gillaspie was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
