During last week’s Caldwell County school board meeting, Principal Daniel Kukahiko provided an update to the board members regarding several positive developments taking place at the high school.
Kukahiko expressed his satisfaction with the high attendance rate at the high school this year, including on High Attendance Day in Kentucky.
click to download audioIn addition, he stated that their attention has been directed towards a collaborative project involving the Art Department and the Greenhouse Department for the lifecycle of food.
click to download audioKukahiko also mentioned that they currently have approximately 89 students enrolled in at least one dual credit class, not including the students participating in the Ready to Work program.

Kuhahiko expressed optimism about the high school’s partnership with Zach Thomas, the principal at Caldwell Regional Career Center, and believes it will be beneficial going forward.
