An Eddyville man was flown to an out-of-state hospital after a single-vehicle rollover wreck on KY 703 East in Lyon County last week.
According to Sheriff Brent White, a deputy responded to the collision around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, that occurred about six miles southeast of Eddyville.
An investigation reportedly revealed that 30-year old Dustin Parr was driving a pickup truck on KY 730 East when he lost control after failing to negotiate a curve, causing the vehicle to run off the roadway and roll over multiple times before coming to rest on its roof.
Sheriff White says Parr was life-flighted to a Nashville, Tennessee hospital for his injuries.
The Eddyville Fire Department, Lyon County EMS, and AirEvac assisted the sheriff’s office at the scene.
