A Kuttawa woman was arrested on a warrant last week on felony charges of eavesdropping.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports that deputies served a Lyon District arrest warrant on 64-year old Susan Fox charging her with two counts of eavesdropping, a Class D Felony, and one count of possession of an eavesdropping device, a Class A misdemeanor.
According to Sheriff White, the charges were the result of an investigation that the sheriff’s office began last week in connection to complaints at the cooperative extension office in Eddyville.
He indicates the investigation is ongoing, and additional evidence has been seized which may result in additional felony charges in the coming weeks.
Fox was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
