Judy Lynell McCalister, age 76, of Princeton, passed away November 27, 2023, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Judy was born October 8, 1947 to the late Glenwood and Virginia Dean Duncan. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was a dedicated educator for Caldwell County Schools for over 30 years. The thing she enjoyed the most was spending time with her family and friends, especially the grandbabies.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard “Dickie” McCalister of Princeton; daughter, Amy (Bobby) East of Princeton; son, Mark (Pam) McCalister of Marion; grandchildren, Blaire (Austin) Phelps, Macy (Keenan) Lautner, Gabe East, Caden McCalister and Abby Reece; great-grandchildren, Ryder Phelps, Ryann Phelps and baby Lautner on the way.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Janice Duncan.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 1, 2023, at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Rev. Steve McVay and Bro. Kyle Noffsinger officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
