Christ Tabernacle And Trice-Hughes Unite For Food Drive

Christ Tabernacle Church and Trice Hughes have joined forces to collaborate on a holiday food drive called “Stuff the Truck” in support of the church’s food pantry.

According to Lexi Goodman, the Marketing Director at Trice-Hughes, they have been actively gathering food donations for two weeks. She said the final day for individuals to contribute food items is this upcoming Saturday, with a kick-off live event on WPKY this Friday.

click to download audioGill reported that last month, they distributed several hundred boxes of food to residents of Caldwell County.

click to download audioIn addition, Gill mentioned that this Friday, between noon and 3 p.m., will possibly be the final mass food distribution event at Christ Tabernacle Church before they transition to the new building on Washington Street.
