A Princeton man was arrested on charges of burglary and assault that occurred in Lyon County on New Year’s Eve.
According to Sheriff Brent White, deputies were sent to a disturbance complaint in the Lamasco area around 7:00 Sunday night, New Year’s Eve.
He says an investigation revealed that 33-year old Gregary Vaughn, Jr. was reportedly intoxicated and unlawfully entered a home off of KY 1262 where he strangled and assaulted the homeowner before he was removed from the home by a third party.
