An Eddyville woman was injured in a single-vehicle wreck in Lyon County last week.
Sheriff Brent White reports the wreck occurred on KY 93 South between Paradise Hills Road and KY 274 on Tuesday. He says an investigation revealed 87-year old Elizabeth Oliver lost control of her SUV causing it to run off the road where it struck a culvert and earth embankment.
Oliver reportedly refused medical treatment at the scene but was taken to a local hospital by private vehicle.
