Governor Andy Beshear last week provided an update on the number of Kentuckians who have enrolled in the state-based marketplace, kynect.
In October 2023, he announced that Kentuckians could shop and enroll for health and dental coverage on kynect. During his Team Kentucky Update on Thursday, Governor Beshear reported that more Kentuckians have enrolled since sign-ups began last November.
Three years ago, he made the relaunch of kynect a primary focus, driven by his strong belief that healthcare is an essential human right. Beshear expressed his delight in observing a significant number of Kentuckians taking advantage of this opportunity and receiving the vital benefits they truly deserve.
He reminded Kentuckians the last day to enroll in kynect is January 16th.
For information on kynect enrollment, visit kynect.ky.gov. Kentuckians can also get help at a local Department for Community-Based Services office from a kynector or a licensed health insurance agent.
