The Caldwell County Animal Shelter is urgently seeking temporary fosters due to the upcoming dangerously cold temperatures next week.
According to Jess Smith, the animal shelter needs as many fosters and volunteers as they can get.

click to download audioSmith mentioned that the Caldwell County Animal Shelter has successfully repaired one of the outdoor kennel roofs that collapsed. However, they are now seeking volunteers to assist in installing a new roof for another kennel.
Additionally, the shelter needs some extra large collapsible kennels.
