Grace Baker, age 79, of Princeton, Kentucky, born on August 3, 1944, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 17, 2024, at Baptist Health of Madisonville due to natural causes.
Grace was the daughter of the late Coy and Willie Mae Rogers Oliver and the granddaughter of the late Denzel and Amie Reeves Oliver and Thomas and Grace Meredith Rogers Jr. Grace was a member of Gospel Temple Pentecostal Church in Princeton.
Grace is survived by her two sons, Kevin (Sara) Baker of Ava, Missouri and Kerry L. Baker of Burns, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Jacob (Anna) Baker, Sariah Baker, Andrew Baker, Savanna Grace Baker and Levi Baker; one great-grandchild, Sterling Hayes Baker; two sisters, Nancy Wallace of Princeton and Ruby (Harrell “Butch”) Miller of Rock Falls, Illinois; sister-in-law, Kathryn Oliver of Davenport, Iowa.
In addition to her parents and grandparents, Grace is preceded in death by three sisters, Gladys Letsey, Frieda Ann Hinds and Amy Frances Otto; seven brothers, “Coy” Eugene Oliver, Vernon Denzil Oliver, Howard Layton Oliver, Hollis Dell Oliver, Ernest Trent Oliver, Lonnie Gale Oliver and William Ell Oliver.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 22, 2024, from 11:00am to 1:00 pm at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Engler officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton.
