An Eddyville man sought by law enforcement on multiple warrants was arrested over the weekend.
According to Lyon County Sheriff Brent White, he responded to a complaint reporting a fugitive operating a vehicle on KY 93 South around 10:15 Sunday morning. He reportedly located the car parked off Dow Road around 11:00 and later found the fugitive, 38-year old Austin Oliver, inside an RV trailer in the same area.
Oliver was arrested without incident and charged with four outstanding warrants, all for failure to appear in court on theft, trespassing and traffic-related offenses. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by the Eddyville Police Department.
