Tammy Copeland Miller, age, 59, of Covington, KY and formerly of Princeton, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Thomas, KY following a long illness.
Tammy was born on December 20, 1964, to the late Mildred and Ulas Lee Grooms. Tammy attended Caldwell County High School. Later in life, she would make Covington, KY her home and for many years she worked at John G Carlisle Elementary School. Tammy was funny, loving and nurturing and exemplified those characteristics to all she come in contact with in her life, never meeting a stranger. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. Tammy was a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, cousin and friend and will be missed by all.
Survivors include her son, Steven Edwards of Covington, KY; daughter, Tequilia Copeland of Covington, KY; bonus daughter, Ashley Borgemanke of Covington, KY; two granddaughters, Malaysia Daniels and Myasia Daniels; two grandsons, Ashton Borgemenke, Braelyn Delaney; sister, Janie Grooms of Winchester, KY; niece/sister, LaTonya Grooms of Covington, KY; brothers, James (Anne) Grooms of Paducah, KY, Billy Joe (Claudette) Grooms of Atlanta, GA, Jackie Grooms of Covington, KY; several nieces, nephews and a host of cousins.
In addition to her parents, Tammy is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Gene Miller, three sisters, Ramona Harris, Becky Diggs and Eva Grooms; and one brother, Eshimon Grooms.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton, KY.
