The Caldwell County Band Boosters are planning on presenting “The Follies” again this year.
This program has been presented on and off for over 50 years raising funds for the Caldwell County Band of Pride. The show features local talent from both students and the community. Band Director Mason Henry shared the details of when the program will be presented this year.
click to download audioHenry wants the show to be a true variety show and encourages the community to get involved. He invites anyone interested to fill out the form and he will contact you to set it up.
click to download audioHe will work on times for rehearsals for performers and will be reviewing acts to be entered in the program. Tickets will be sold at the door and will benefit the local band programs as well as some other arts departments.
click to download audioIn addition to planning the follies the band is busy preparing for their annual assessment to be held in March.
click to download audioThe assessment performance will be presented to the public on Friday, March 15th at 7:30 in the Fine Arts Building at the high school. The band is also actively supporting the basketball teams and is planning their spring Fine Arts Festival.
