Family & Consumer Sciences Agent Ashley Board with the Caldwell County Cooperative Extension Office provided an update about several upcoming events.
Coming up Tuesday at the Frank P. Giannini Senior Center in Princeton, Board says she will have a salad dressing taste test for the seniors from 10:15 to around 11:00 that morning.

click to download audioBoard said she will have the same presentation along with displays about heart health at the George Coon Public Library on February 20 from 10 am until noon.
In addition to activities related to Heart Health Month, Board announced they are also collecting non-perishable food items for Christ Tabernacle Church’s food pantry.
