Cynthia Ladd, 73, Cadiz, KY, passed away Monday, February 12, 2024, at her niece’s home of natural causes.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2024, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with Ronnie Fox officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting in arrangements.
A native of Caldwell County, KY, she was born September 27, 1950, the daughter of the late Aubrey H. Boyd and Lois V. (Merrick) Boyd.
Cynthia worked as a sales clerk at Walmart and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Princeton, KY.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Aubrey “Kenny” Boyd; her sisters, Patsy Flynn and Doris Blick; and her nephew, Richard “Richie” Boyd.
Survivors include her husband, Emil Ladd, Cadiz, KY; her nephews, Stephen Mitchell and Terri Ladd, both of Princeton, KY, Michael Congor, Eddyville, KY; her nieces, Dianne (Randle) Gamble, Christian County, KY, Denise (Dikey) Houchins, Smith Grove, KY, Gayle (Jimmy) Duff, Maggie Duff, and LeAnne Connor, all of Eddyville, KY, and Leslie Cook, Princeton, KY.
