A Kuttawa woman was injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Caldwell County on Friday.
Sheriff Weedman reports the second wreck occurred on Friday, February 23, and involved two vehicles on Marion Road. An investigation reportedly determined a car driven by 59-year old Scott Smith of Kuttawa was traveling south on US 641 when, for unknown reasons, he crossed the center line into the northbound lane and struck a Jeep Wrangler driven by 73-year old Linda Townsend of Kuttawa.
Townsend was transported by Caldwell County EMS to Deaconess Midtown, and Smith refused treatment at the scene.
