Rhonda Jewell, the 4-H Agent for Caldwell County shared last week that the deadline to register for the Goodwill Meets 4-H project is Wednesday.
Jewell described Goodwill Meets 4-H as an upcycling challenge that allows creative children to transform a piece of clothing into something new.
