Shane Bogle, the Agriculture Agent for Caldwell County, mentioned that he has been busy conducting soil tests recently. Due to the destruction of the University of Kentucky Research and Education Center campus in Princeton by the December 2021 tornado, he indicates the results of these tests are taking longer to be returned.
Bogle stated that the local campus is still restricted in terms of services it can offer.
