Tina Marie Woolcott, 64, of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, made her way to heaven on the afternoon of March 8th, 2024, following the most courageous battle with cancer. Her sweet nature and selfless love was a beam of light to those around her. Her unwavering strength was admirable to those blessed to know her.
Born and raised in Elgin, Illinois, Tina had a great love for horses from a young age. She later found joy in sewing, cooking, and baking. Most of all, she found joy and happiness in her family. Tina dedicated most of her life to raising and caring for her daughters and grandchildren. She was a proud mother who cherished them immensely and took great joy in witnessing their growth and accomplishments. Her love for them knew no bounds.
Tina will be dearly missed by her daughters Eleesha Creech-Woolcott of Princeton, Kelly Cotton (Kyle) of Princeton, Colleen Creech-Woolcott of St. Petersburg, and Sarah Pruett (Eric) of Princeton, as well as her grandchildren Anthony, Hadley, Kash, and Kole. She is survived by her father Terrance Woolcott (Mary Ann), brothers Robert Woolcott (Teresa) and Donald Woolcott, and sisters Annette Ozgowicz (Michael), Linnette Hall (Edward), Debra Meeks, and Christine Nordine (Larry).
She is now reunited with her mother, Sharon Hanlon, and stepfather, Michael Hanlon, gone before her.
In the hearts of those who knew her, Tina’s legacy of love and kindness will live on forever. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished by many and having touched the lives of those around her.
A visitation will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Goodman Funeral Home located at 1032 West Main St. Princeton, KY 42445. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 pm at Goodman Funeral Home.
