Dwight Dewayne “Wis” Wisdom, Sr., age 54, of LaFollette, TN passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
Dwight was born June 15, 1969 to the late Jimmy and Josephine Wisdom in Hopkinsville, KY. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend. Dwight was of the Christian Faith.
He is survived by daughters, Reneika Bailey of Hopkinsville, Angel (Gregory) Munsell of Princeton, Kamayshera Hollowell of Knoxville, TN, Madison Robbins and Allison Robbins both of LaFollette, TN; sons, Dwight Dewayne “Whitey” Wisdom, Jr. of Hopkinsville, Devron Kay of Bowling Green, Dwight Bailey of Europe; step-children, Bryan Harris, Lynn Wilson, Mark Wilson and L.J. Wilson; sister, Shirley Moses of Hopkinsville; brothers, Charles Wisdom of Hopkinsville and Geraid Scaife of Atlanta; 33 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; 1 great-grandchild on the way; several friends, cousins and other family members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Eugene Wisdom and Jimmy Wisdom.
A remembrance service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 16, 2024 at The Boys and Girls Club of Hopkinsville, 1600 S. Walnut Street, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
